🔥 What Is 5 Element Dragon Fire Reiki (5EDFR)?

5 Element Dragon Fire Reiki (5EDFR) is an advanced lineage of Reiki. It combines the healing power of Usui Reiki with the alchemical power of Dragon Fire and the wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

It was brought into the world in 2022 by my Reiki Master & Spiritual Mentor, Erin Ryan.

5EDFR works directly with the Meridians (energy highways of the body) and the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine:Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood.

Prerequisites for 5EDFR

To enter this lineage, students must have completed:

Reiki Levels 1–3 of any other lineage of Reiki. (Usui, Holy Fire, Violet Flame etc...)

There are 6 Levels of 5EDFR beyond levels 1-3 of traditional Reiki:

• One level for each Element

• Plus a Master Teacher Level

How 5EDFR Works

The 12 elemental meridians in Chinese Medicine all correspond with specific:

• Elements

• Seasons

• Organs

• Emotional states

• 
  

Each elemental level of 5EDFR teaches you how to work directly with those meridians, which allows you to work directly with specific organs and emotional patterns.

Each elemental level is taught in its corresponding season, and students can take the five elemental levels (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood) in any order.

🔥 Fire Dragon Level (Early Summer)

The Fire Dragon Level is taught in Early Summer (Fire season in Chinese Medicine).

This level teaches you how to work with the Fire Dragons and bring Dragon Fire Reiki through the Fire Meridians:

Heart, Pericardium, Small Intestine, and San Jiao

These meridians are responsible for holding: Anxiety, Defensiveness, and Mania

Students learn to clear and transmute these emotions and bring healing directly to the Heart, Pericardium, and Small Intestine.

🌍 Earth Dragon Level (Late Summer)

The Earth Dragon Level is taught in Late Summer (Earth season in Chinese Medicine).

This level teaches you how to work with the Earth Dragons and bring Dragon Fire Reiki through the Earth Meridians:

Spleen and Stomach

These meridians are responsible for holding:Worry and Overthinking

Students learn how to clear and transmute these emotions and bring healing directly to the Spleen and Stomach.

🪙 Metal / Gold Dragon Level (Autumn)

The Metal / Gold Dragon Level is taught in Autumn (Metal season in Chinese Medicine).

This level teaches you how to work with the Gold Dragons and bring Dragon Fire Reiki through the Metal Meridians:

Lung and Large Intestine

These meridians are responsible for holding: Sadness, Loneliness, Discouragement, and Grief

Students learn to clear and transmute these emotions and bring healing directly to the Lungs and Large Intestine.

💧 Water Dragon Level (Winter)

The Water Dragon Level is taught in Winter (Water season in Chinese Medicine).

This level teaches you how to work with the Water Dragons and bring Dragon Fire Reiki through the Water Meridians:

Kidney and Urinary Bladder

These meridians are responsible for holding:Fear, Dread, Loneliness, Isolation, Terror, and Conflict

Students learn to clear and transmute these energies and bring healing directly to the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder.

🌿 Wood / Air Dragon Level (Spring)

The Wood / Air Dragon Level is taught in Spring (Wood season in Chinese Medicine).

This level teaches you how to work with the Air Dragons and bring Dragon Fire Reiki through the Wood Meridians:

Liver and Gall Bladder

These meridians are responsible for holding:Depression, Anger, Resentment, Frustration, and Indecisiveness

Students learn how to clear and transmute these specific emotions and bring healing directly to the Liver and Gall Bladder.

⚡Your Channel as a Healer

Your channel as a healer is made up of your meridians. It is the energetic structure your spiritual gifts are birthed through.

You can think of your channel like a riverbed. Your spiritual gifts, intuition, and medicine are the water meant to flow through it. When the riverbed is clear, the water moves smoothly, powerfully, and naturally. But when there are rocks, debris, or buildup in the way, the flow gets slowed, redirected, or blocked.

Those “rocks” are energetic densities — old emotional patterns, stress held in the organs, inherited trauma, and distortions stored in the meridians.

We all have unique energetic medicine to bring to ourselves and the collective. If our channel is blocked and filled with energetic debris, density, and distortions, this unique medicine and frequencies get stalled and obstructed, preventing the fullness of them from coming through.

5EDFR gives you the ability to work directly with your channel — clearing, refining, and strengthening the pathways your gifts travel through. Instead of trying to “push” your intuition or spiritual abilities, you’re improving the infrastructure that carries them.

As the meridians become more clear and free from distortion, more of your spiritual gifts and energetic medicine can come earth-side faster and with more ease.
