Holy Fire Reiki is an evolved form of traditional Usui Reiki. Usui Reiki refers to Mikao Usui  who is greatly known as the father of Reiki as he “discovered” and spread Reiki throughout Japan in the early 1900s. (While this is the most widely recognized origin of Reiki, it’s not necessarily the only one. Reiki-like healing practices have likely existed in different forms throughout history, but Mikao Usui’s teachings are the most well-documented and widely recognized today.)
